The centrally located holiday apartment is situated in the 5th district, station “Pilgramgasse” (only two stations to the Opera house or four stations to “Schloss Schönbrunn” ), on the 2nd floor in an old house architectural style of 1905 and is newly renovated.

All rooms in the vacation home are, in contrast to other apartments, separated from each other, accessible, and thus the holiday flat with 45m2 is ideal for a stay of up to 4 people! The rooms of the accommodation are arranged so that from any of the sofa beds you have independent access to bathroom and toilet.

This completely reconstructed vacation rental is located just 100m from the underground station “Pilgramgasse” and thus has a distinct advantage over other holiday homes. So you can reach from the vacation home all the sightseeing of Vienna from the age of the monarchy easily on foot or by subway in a short time.


From the holiday home you will reach in just 5 minutes walk the flea market which is held every Saturday and which borders to the “Naschmarkt” – the largest market place in Vienna with a unique flair. You can promenade through the “Naschmarkt”, you can enjoy the taste of life in Vienna, the regional delicacies and spend comfortable time in one of the many bars and restaurants.

Arrived at the end of the “Naschmarkt”, you can already admire the “Sezession” and you are thus almost in the center of Vienna.
From the holiday accommodation you can reach on foot in just 20 minutes the Opera house, which is directly situated at the border to the City of Vienna downtown or if you take the Metro directly at the holiday apartment in just two stations (5 minutes).

Arrived at the “Ring”, which surrounds downtown, you have a perfect base to admire and to explore the historic stately buildings of the Austrian – Hungarian Monarchy. Here are some examples of attractions in the immediate environment: „Sezession“, „Karlskirche“, „Stephansdom“, „Hofburg mit dem Heldenplatz“, „Naturhistorisches, Kunsthistorisches Museum“, „Museumsquartier“, „Parlament“, „Rathaus“, „Burgtheater“ and of course also „Kärntnerstraße”, “Stephansdom”, “Graben” and “Mariahilfer Strasse“.

In a visit to Vienna/Austria should not be missing the visit of “Schloss Schönbrunn”. Also for this visit, the central located vacation house is an ideal starting point. Take the subway station next to the vacation rental and you are only in four stations (15 min) at “Schloss Schönbrunn”.
