Little and cozy flat near Venice

  • Let's face it, it is not that there are in Marghera then who knows how many things to do and see, but there is near Venice and is much cheaper.
    So if you happen to stay in this apartment you can safely move to Venice in an easy, fast and cheap.
    Marghera is in fact only 10 km from Venice.
    Nice and bright apartment of 45 square meters on the first floor. An entrance hall, a large room, a well-stocked kitchen, a terrace with a veranda and a bathroom with shower.
    Reachable on foot in 10 minutes from Mestre Station. Bus stop nearby and 5 minutes from the tram to Venice. Convenient to Dolo, Treviso, Padua, Abano Terme, Jesolo, Marco Polo Airport (20 minutes).
    Apartment well stocked convenient to all transport.
    Public parking near unpaid and unguarded.
    Host present and available for all needs and at any time.
    Photos of furnishing BEDROOM not correspond to reality. The room is being renovated. From the end of February will see the photos of the new and more modern furnishings.
    It requires respect for the house and supplies. Quiet at night time.

    It is not 'allowed to smoke (and' possible only in the balcony).

    Check in from 14 to 20.

    To reach Venice you can take the bus n. 6 or Tram.
    From Venice you can take the bus n. 15 for THE TRAIN OF VENICE MESTRE and then take the bus n. 6
    Public parking is not guarded in the house.

AMAZING STAY

The host was super lovely the place was amazing and cozy. This was our last stop on our trip around Europe and it was definitely one of our favourite places to stay it was super well connected. The host was super friendly and helpful especially as we had a couple issues with delays and my friend left her passport at the place and they were super helpful with helping us get it. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning on visiting Venice!!

My daughter and I made our first trip to Italy and our first adventure really began in Venice. Fabio is an excellent host and did everything he could to make this a great experience for us. Although there were some struggles with the train schedule, he was very patient and kind and came and met us at the train station and showed us things along the way to the apartment. He made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was wonderful, and Fabio was an incredible host. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to explore Venice.

L'appartement de Fabio est situé dans un quartier calme. Il était très propre et très bien équipé, proche des restaurants et d'un centre commercial. Le bus qui mène à l'ile de venise est 5mn à pied. Bref c'est très pratique. Je le recommande vivement

Comfort and Location

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything needed for my 3 week stay. The location in the residential area of Marghera was ideally suited to Mestre station, just a 20 min walk. There is a direct bus to Venice just outside or by train. Mestre is central to take the train to all areas in the Veneto. So I did see a lot of the Veneto during my stay. The large Ali supermarket is only 10 min walk and a lovely bakery just 5 min away. Thank you, Fabio. It is a really lovely apartment.

Clean with gracious and hospitable host

The host greeted us, let us into the flat and gave us a map to local restaurants, gelato, pastry shop and local grocery market. He was very gracious and hospitable. This flat was clean and comfortable and close to everything we needed. Local gelato place recommended by the host is excellent gusti with a couple dozen flavors and a friendly staff. We would stay with this host again!

A great place to stay!

We enjoyed the property while visiting Venice. It was very clean and communication from Fabio was excellent. The local gelato store and nearby bakery were both wonderful as well. Would stay here again in the future.

Schöne kleine und Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber fein, für 2 Personen ausreichend. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zu Frieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Anbindung an Venedig ist super, um mehrere Ausflüge dort hin machen zu können. Der Kontakt zu Fabio war sehr gut, er war immer sofort erreichbar wenn wir eine Frage hatten.

Perfect little Flat for the 2 nights we were there! 5min walk to bus stop that will take you into Venice. The flat looks just like the pictures, and is nice and clean! Fabio was awesome! Even though we were running behind schedule, he still picked us up at the Mestre Station.

Agréable séjour près de Venise

L'appartement est bien équipé et bien situé pour visiter Venise. Il y a des places de stationnement gratuites juste en bas et un arrêt de bus à 50 mètres. On peut acheter des billets pour le bus à quelques mètres de l'arrêt et se rendre dans Venise en 15 minutes environs pour 1,50€/personne. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires sur les environs. Il y a un supermarché assez grand à moins de 500 mètres du logement et nous avons testé la Pizzeria "Al Giardinetto" située à 2 rues.Elle est excellente pour des tarifs très corrects. Le point négatif est la literie qui n'est vraiment pas confortable.

L'appartement propre et très bien équipé se situe dans un quartier tranquille et peu touristique ce qui donne l'occasion de sortir du tumulte de Venise. Mais du même coup l'arrêt de bus se trouve à moins de 100m et vous offre une connexion à Venise en moins de 20 minutes.

Cozy and cute

Beds were comfortable. Location not bad with a few eating places and supermarket conveniently close. Bus stop is right around the corner but bus never showed up at the published time and we ended up going to the Mestre train station by for. Was not far at all. Only issue I had with the apartment was the lack of counter space in the bathroom. A hanging bar for towels would have helped also. Fabio was kind enough to call the airport for us to try and figure out the situation with our lost luggage.

Perfect! Great location, beautiful apartment!

This apartment is quiet and cozy, real close to bus stops that take you straight to Venice's canals in minutes. Around the corner, a great pizza establishment, mini market and bus ticket selling post. Fabio keeps great information in the apartment for you to use as reference and get the most out of your stay: Maps, diagrams and notes. A lot of parking available in the street. We'd definitely stay here again in the future!
