We had a great stay with Cath. The gite is extremely well equipped with all the extras you need including washing liquid, dish washer tabs etc. the bed is very big and comfortable with good quality bedding; my husband is 6ft 4 and he found the bed a good size. There is a great garden and private pool; great for us and our dog. The nearest bakery is a 10 minute drive but a van delivering fresh bread and pastries comes to the hamlet twice a week. We saw a stag in the field from the garden, who is a regular visitor to the wheat field.
TV has UK channels as well as local ones and the internet was good based on the 3 gites we stayed at during our vacation in Dordogne.
The one improvement I would make would be to fully enclose the garden to make it easier for dog owners, but we saw that Cath was already doing some work on this.
Loved the little touches such as wine, bread, butter and homemade pate in the fridge, if you arrive late you still have everything in the gite to make breakfast.
