Situated in prime Renfrew Heights neighbourhood, this modern renovated home welcomes families and friends near and far. Close and convienient to all Vancouver has to offer without the chaos.

Luxurious open concept living with crisp finishes, this private side entrance and garden suite is in a quiet neighbourhood steps away from public transit, grocery store, restaurants, and community centres.

2 bedrooms (1 queen bed & 1 double bed) - eurotop mattress (pillow top)
1 full bathroom
Light dimmers in all rooms (except bathroom)
Kitchen with large center island and seating for 4 around

Things to note:
No laundry on site and linens not refreshed during stay (laundromat less than 5min drive or "wedolaundry" services)
This is the main floor suite. There is another family that lives in a separate suite above.

Ragazzi Pizza - (750m) - Pizza anyone? One of the most authentic Italian pizza restaurants in town is so close! The crust is hand stretched made on site and fired up with your favourite toppings!

Nanaimo Skytrain Station - (800m) - get around the city fast and conveniently. 10min to Downtown core, 10min to Metrotown (biggest mall in BC), 20min to Surrey, 1 station away from Commercial Drive for some great restaurants and live eccentric vibes.

Bus #25 (100m) - 1 bus takes you directly to University of British Columbia (UBC) westbound or Brentwood Mall eastbound. The bus also stops by the sky train station for when you have too many shopping bags to walk back 6 min or feel like trying out our transit system.

The house and the decorations were so pretty, and enough and feeling comfortable rooms! I could communicate with the owner through texting so it was also convenient for me. My parents stayed and they said they couldn’t sleep well because of the sounds from upstairs. Upstairs were not making extra loud sounds but their foot steps or water sounds at late night time were quite loud for my parents. And the body soap became out during their stay so if it’s filled up at the beginning, it would be great.

Vancouver Weekend Stay
Four day stay to attend Laver Cup at Rogers Arena. The two bedroom unit was clean, modern and comfortable. Great public transit access - less than a ten minute walk to SkyTrain’s Nanaimo Station, then a short trip to Rogers Arena. Good area with a neighbourhood grocery store just around the corner.

Great Location
The place was super clean, and Holly was really responsive. We enjoyed the neighbourhood a lot. It was quiet, but still in a location that was accessible to shopping and eating a short uber ride away. You can really hear the family that lives upstairs, but we were hardly at the place so we didn't mind that much.

Nice, easy and great location
Great location, everything you need. A little noisy sometimes but nothing too bad. Very clean premises. We would definitely stay again! Nanaimo station is walking distance -10min- away and the neighborhood is very calm and safe.

A nice place to stay
The apartment was clean and tidy. We mostly just used it as a place to sleep. We were out and about all day. The tv situation was the only odd thing. Being American my hulu and paramount passwords didnt work in canada so there wasnt much to watch on tv except the disney channel. We didnt watch much anyway, too busy seeing the beautiful city.

Tranquil house in Vancouver neighborhood
Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the neighborhood. We walked to a fun Brazilian restaurant and to the nearby park for a sunset walk around the lake. Felt very safe. We also walked to the sky train and got a day pass for the train/bus and that was a great way to see the city. The only reason for the 4 stars is that there are upstairs residents and you can hear every move they make; Walking, talking and watching TV. They were up late but so were we so it didn’t bother us too much.
