The property is really nice, really well located. We had an issue when we got there with the main entrance, we had to wait a few mins for a local to come by and open the building door for us. We had a slightly hard time getting in touch with the host, but we found out it was an Expedia issue. Once we got in contact with Silvia she was extremely helpful, got us in and explained everything really well to us, after that we had a great time! The property is very spacious, it had a laundry machine which was very helpful and a stove as well. Aside from the small hip up it was an excelent experience.

Kleine Wohnung in guter Lage

Es war alles soweit sehr schön. Doch das schmale Treppenhaus und der dritte Stock mit recht hohen Stufen war für uns, etwas älter, doch sehr beschwerlich. Freundlicherweise wurden uns beim Einschecken die Koffer hochgetragen. Es ist sehr ruhig in der Wohnung, so dass man gut schlafen kann. Es fehlt nur etwas Sonne in der Wohnung. Alles in allem gut.

Buena ubicación, muy cerca de la zona mas importante de Valencia, de rápido acceso. El apartamento se sitúa en el tercer piso, sin elevador, escaleras muy estrechas dificultando subir y bajar maletas. El departamento bien acondicionado, hay un poco de olor de drenaje o de casa encerrada. No obstante se puede dormir bien.
