Lynx Room in the Main House of Fox 'n Fireweed (private bath). Contains a KING bed, chair, private bathroom with handicap accessible shower and grab bars. Located in the main floor, just off the living room, with larger space for wheelchair use if needed. Use of kitchen, dining room, and large living room. Kitchen, dining room, living room, and an addition bathroom with large soaker tub, are shared space for the three rooms in this area of the main house. Living room has a large TV with dvd player and satellite tv, wifi is available to guests as well. Original artwork decorates all rooms; some being for sale as there is a working art studio in lower level of house.

Way better than your average bnb

Lots of amenities in the individual rooms, plus a cozy large shared living room and kitchen. Owner was super kind and helpful even though we never met in person because we showed up so much later than planned, yet they still accommodated us

Great place, wish I had longer than one night

Stopped here on my way from Juneau to Anchorage. If I wasn't only passing through, I would have loved to spend another night or two. Felt nice to disconnect and relax in the wilderness. Amazing place!

Comfortable spacious Wolf Room

Older home with appropriately decorated Alaskan B&B Bed was clean and comfortable. Large bath and walk in shower more than we needed for one night. Only thing missing was some bread or bagels inthe breakfast room, Lots of cereals, coffee and tea. Easy to get in, without owner onsite, with codes texted to us.

A restful night in a tranquil setting.

A spacious room, tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and a comfortable, King bed. The bathroom included stops, cotton balls, and application pads. The common area kitchen was well stocked and pristine. A second chair in the room would be nice. The overall experience here was nourishing, and we will stay here again on our next visit to the area.

Quaint, Relaxing & Clean

We loved our night at the Fox ‘n Fireweed! Sheila’s instructions were thorough in every way, from the driving details to everything after arrival, including check in and breakfast. The main house was very welcoming and clean, as was our room, the Wolf Den, and the breakfast area. There was also a nice selection of items to choose from for our morning meal. Thanks for the hospitality, we really enjoyed our time there.

Nice Alternative Stay in Tok

The location is very easy to find and far enough from the highway to not hear any traffic noise. This is a multiple lodging site with separate cabins and a Main House with at least 3 rooms to rent in it. Our room was in the Main house. There were other guests in the other rooms, unfortunately one group was fairly loud and disruptive starting at 5:30 through 7:00am. With no host on site this was a problem. Our room was spacious, the king bed very good, and the shower worked fine. In the morning there were several options for coffee and breakfast. There is a common kitchen that was very well stocked with cooking utensils and spices and could be used to prepare your own dinner or breakfast foods. We had a dog with us and found the adjacent roads had very little traffic and perfect for walking the dog. In our hurry to leave the next morning we didn't noticed we had left the dog's blanket till we got to Haines Junction. The staff at Fox & Fireweed responded to our inquiry and sent the blanket to our home.
