In Theix (Noyalo), we offer you this magnificent longère with a view over the entrance to the gulf, not overlooked, with a heated swimming pool (from April 28 to September 30), with a surface area of 350 m² and able to accommodate up to 14 travelers. It features an attractive 60 m² living room (with fireplace), fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 4,000 m² garden.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- 60 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Six bedrooms with 5 queen-size beds (160×200), 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed
- Four bathrooms with shower and bath
- Three separate WCs

For added convenience: pellet barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 10 x 4 m swimming pool (private, heated) open from April 28 to September 30.
- A beautiful 4,000 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather

The house is ideally located in Theix-Noyalo, in a very pleasant environment. Close to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- You can park directly in the house's garage and private parking lot.

- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 1h30 away by car

Other remarks :
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics)
- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
