and a short ride to Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs the location is

Amazing Property

Our stay at this home was absolutely fantastic! The property is stunning and equipped with every amenity we could have possibly needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We had a wonderful weekend and really appreciated the prime location—close to several pools, beautiful golf courses, and great shopping. The golf cart was a great added bonus, making it easy to get around and explore the area. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

The Villages

This property did not disappoint! Great location.Well appointed with everything we needed. The patio and pool area looked so nice, didn’t get to use the pool or the patio much, because of the cold during our stay. Would definitely come back again, and recommend to anyone.

Very nice place. Well maintained and clean. If you are looking to rent a place in the villages, I highly recommend this place. Just wish it would’ve been warmer so we could use the pool.

We enjoyed the property. The backyard is very secluded, and the neighbors are pleasant. We had an issue with road paving, but that was out of the hands of the property managers. The unit had a bit of usage damage, but that is expected in older units. I would recommend this location to others. The property manager was responsive to requests and inquiries.

The property was extremely clean and well stocked with items to use if needed. The pool is not accurately described. It is really just a large, unheated jacuzzi. Aside from that, the property and experience was great!

Very enjoyable property

Property was well located for access to both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter town centers. Comfortable and quiet home, stocked with all amenities. Golf cart ran well. Home located close to a beautiful golf course and two blocks from a Community Center. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would return again to same property.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. Very clean and spacious and the location was great. Very close to Spanish Springs square and Lake Sumter square by car or golf cart. Kristina was very easy to get in touch with to answer all our questions. We did have an issue with the golf cart but Kristina rectified the situation. Very beautiful home!

We had a great 9 days in this gorgeous home. Everything you could possibly need was there. All switches were labeled which helped a ton. Kristine was a great host and responded promptly when needed. Location was great. Sitting on the lanai was peaceful and quiet. Definitely download the villages app for golf cart adventures, it was super helpful. Next time we are vacationing in the area we would absolutely rent again.

Our stay at Serene on the Green was better than we imagined. The house was clean, stocked with kitchen items enough for all and has an amazing spice cabinet (so helpful). It is centrally located so we could easily travel by golf cart to all the fun activities. The golf cart was super fun and a bonus since it came with the rental. The house is nearby one of the community pools which was another bonus! The host thought of everything! We would 100% rent this home again!

Great Location, Well kept, Clean home

This 3 bedroom rental was clean and well located in a very quiet neighborhood. We were pleased with the gas powered golf cart that came with the rental. We did not use the plunge pool, instead opting to take the golf cart to the pool at the rec center only two blocks away. The screened in porch was great for eating meals. We used the washer and dryer in the garage to do a load of laundry. Baths were well stocked with towels and blowdryer in each bathroom. Kitchen has spices and cleaning items under the sink. It has all the appliances you need to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable. There were 4 extra soft throw blankets for chilly nights. We would definitely recommend renting this beautiful, spacious home.

Nice Quiet Street & Peaceful Rental

We stayed for 4 nights while visiting to do a Celebration of Life for my father, 89, who recently passed away and had lived in The Villages 2002-2022. We had my mother with a walker, a caregiver, and my husband and me. The place had everything we needed to make the trip work and is especially nice having the safer walk-in 2nd shower with a bench for my older mom! My parents used to live near Spanish Springs, so for us we were in a convenient area to their old friends and church. Lake Sumter Landing was an easy drive away. We were visiting so many people that we didn't need to cook dinners while there. The layout was nice. The place was very clean and well stocked. The only thing I might add is a few more bath towels available. There aren't any floor rugs, which was safe for my mother, but also does make sound carry quite a bit in the place. The patio has a wonderful peaceful feel with no homes behind the house so it's secluded. Personally I would have loved to have the bushes on the left cut lower so that you can see further of the big backyard since it's so private, instead of them being so tall to block the view out from the patio. A great easy stay, especially given the reason why we were in town.
