Great location close to Mill and University, easy to walk to restaurants, nightlife, movies, etc. Great pool with cabanas for relaxing. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Will return!
Came to Arizona for Monster Mash Festival..quick check in. Staff kind and helpful. Room clean; but could have had a few more amenetities. Hotel close to beach arena so able to walk back from festival since ridiculous traffic due to festival. Breakfast nice but a bit pricey. Overall nice stay..
Situated in Guadalupe adjacent town to Downtown Tempe was a short drive on the I-10 West (depending on traffic conditions & time of day). Or take local streets for 8 miles Northeast (mostly 45+ mph wide streets). Free continental breakfast is the standard fare (yogurt, cereal, milk, waffle iron, fruits, toast, coffee, juice, etc.). Walmart, McDonalds, Starbucks, Wendys, and Oregano's Pizza literally across the street or a block walk. Arizona State University isn't too far if you're scouting the college. The state Phoenix is a short drive as well.
From brick-and-mortar Victorian to futuristic glass and steel, the Arizona State University campus runs the gamut of American architecture. One of its jewels is the Grady Gammage Memorial Auditorium, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Nearby, Tempe Town Lake is popular for picnics, fishing, and boating. The Tempe Center for the Arts hosts the Tempe Symphony Orchestra, plays, and dance troupes.
