Room was clean and comfortable. Nice suite with a comfortable couch and chair. Most hotels have very uncomfortable furniture. This hotel was comfortable. Staff was helpful with computer and wifi. Left early because of flight, so we were unable to rate the continental breakfast. We would stay there again.
Air conditioner was noiay. . Key cards quit working 1st night and again in the morning. Breakfast above average. Ice and pop machines on every floor. Room clean and well equipped. Very convenient to I 15.
Great location, black out curtains, cold a/c. Vending machines need to accept credit cards. Was able to walk everywhere on Mill or ride the lightrail. Was charged for services at the bar when I never went to the bar, but adding something to your bill seemed to be the trend in Tempe on Mill avenue. Beautiful garden with nice seating. As for the price, o could get a much nicer room so I figure I am paying for location. The oreo cookie cheese cake was delish. This was my staycation away from my kids.
Staff was very nice except for the front desk person assigned on my second night. He wasn't smiling. Perhaps he has good reasons tho. Otherwise everything is perfect!! Very clean, the shower is great, housekeeping staff, shuttle driver are very friendly :)) wanted to suggest tho to move the soap and shampoo and conditioner dispenser farther from the shower head cuz I keep on hitting my head in it. Overall love the hotel!!!
From brick-and-mortar Victorian to futuristic glass and steel, the Arizona State University campus runs the gamut of American architecture. One of its jewels is the Grady Gammage Memorial Auditorium, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Nearby, Tempe Town Lake is popular for picnics, fishing, and boating. The Tempe Center for the Arts hosts the Tempe Symphony Orchestra, plays, and dance troupes.
