Great for solo travellers or families

Fantastic place to stay near Telford. I use this place when im working nearby and it is perfect. Ive even stayed here with my family which worked really well.

The property it self was lovely,clean & very comforable. Good communication & information. Downside its at the end of a trading/industrial estate. No where near telford centre if you didnt want to drive.

Stayed at the ruby apartment. Was hesitant to stay as there wasn’t many reviews but it was local to where I was working so thought it give it a try. Arrived at the apartment block fairly late but clear clear instructions before my arrival made it easy to gain access to my apartment. Key was in a key safe by the front door. First impressions was very surprising. Apartment was very clean. Bedroom was a good size with a comfortable bed. Front room/ kitchen was also a good size.Private bathroom had a built in shower above the bath that was easy to use Near by was lots of options to eat out or to do what I did and get deliveroo. Building overall was busy but quiet.

Lock box nightmare!

To get into the property you need a fob, that is attached to the keys, which is kept in a lock box inside the building. I had to wait for someone else entering the building for me to get in.

The whole place smelt of must and was absolutely freezing. Had to wear a scarf 4 hours after putting the heating on. Situated at the back end of an industrial estate.

Lovely apartment and would highly recommend

Lovely clean modern apartment. Just what we needed for 1 night stay, 2 Adults and 3 Children, all slept comfortably. 2 double beds in one room and a pull out double bed in the lounge area. Only issue if you like to sleep in darkness, the bedroom goes dark well at night with the 2 double beds but the lounge area has a glass ceiling with no pull down blinds/curtains so in the summer, could be a issue. However, my 14yr slept well all night as she usually sleeps with a curtain/blind open. Very clean and tidy, modern bathroom and kitchen area. 5 minutes drive from the Telford International Centre and the Shopping area. Loads to do in terms of shopping, eating and drinking. Also close to motorway for easy access. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. (We did bring our own fan and glad we did as it was rather warm at night)

Kitchen are not fully equipped, and there’s no wifi even tho there is but it doesn’t work and the house keeper doesn’t even know where the hub is. Stayed at summer time and the place was boiling hot but there’s no air con or even a fan.

Property generally ok, drain smell in bathroom, which seemed to get worse over night. when using shower it got worse meaning you don’t want to be in the shower long. Reported to owner who said they would fix for next guest. Not sure if this would be a one off or ongoing problem, smelt bad enough to be an ongoing issue.

We was meant to stay here I booked a room with double & 2 singles, when I got the confirmation it stated 1 double 1 sofa bed the property made the mistake, after calling hotels.com to try to resolve I got nowhere, so I had no choice but to book another property. After booking another property I then get a call from this property saying they made a mistake. Hotels.com wouldn’t refund me. So I asked the property to refund me which was short by £20 odd pounds. So overall not a good experience

Okay stay but could have been better.

When we arrived at the accommodation, we found out that we were not allocated the room we booked. When I rang up, I was then informed there was an issue with our room but this had not been communicated with us prior meaning our sleeping arrangements were significantly impacted.
