The property also has available a separate self contained Granny Flat which offers one good size bedroom with a super king bed and 1 sofa bed and 2 chair set up by window in the room, private bathroom and toilet. A small living area include small dinning table . This place has a bar fridge, Microwave, Smart TV, Kettle, Toaster, plate, bowl, coffee and wine glasses. We dont set up cooking in this place to avoid bed smell in the room. But you can warm up food by microwave. We will wash for you plates and cups when you check out.
Guest can check in and check out by yourself at any time.

Overnight stay
There was no heater and it was a cold night. Also it was very awkward having to back out on to a busy road. Otherwise everything was good. Thanks.

The living area was bright , clean and the bed was comfy Shower and sink was clean but bathroom floor was dirty. The living area was dark and cramped with no where to wash up crockery etc, which had been provided
