"This is a very busy downtown hotel. Excellent location for downtown activities such as art galleries, museums, etc. During our stay, one restaurant was open since other facilities were under renovation. Friendly efficient staff."

"Room was clean. Smaller than expected. Bathroom was also very small. Construction was loud. Pool was very nice and warm. Fitness room well maintained. The construction on the patio will be lovely when done. No hot tub on site at this time. "

"We had a corner room that was spacious and clean! The king size bed wan fabulous-very cozy!! We attended a book launch in the lobby- drinks and pizzas were great. Service was also very good; Liyan and Christian were friendly, approachable and attentive the entire night. We will definitely return when in Toronto! "
