We were staying on the 23rd floor one bedroom apartment with great view from the living room. Everything for daily living such as plates, glasses, cutlery, soap, conditioner, washing machines with detergents, water heater, coffee machine was there. There is an indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi and gym available at the 3rd floor opened from 7am to 10pm daily. The location is great. 2 minutes walk to Bay station and 7 minutes walk to Museum station.

Overall, it's a good place to stay and I would have no problem recommending. Location is excellent, very close to Bay Station and building is new and modern. Whole foods in close proximity. I would subtract a few points for: tiny kitchen - literally about a square foot for food preparation; non stick "for-ever chemical" pots and pans, minor repairs needed in suite including peeling panels at base of kitchen counter. Gym is large and pretty well equipped, but with suboptimal quality stationary bikes (all of the batteries for the speedometer/performance trackers are dead). The suites are expensive, but probably not that out of keeping with other places in downtown Toronto.

Great apartment and great location with excellent Whole food market nearby. Could have done with a welcome pack to explain things like key fob activating the lift etc. Also a bit more crockery would have been helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at the Bellair Hotel in Yorkville. The place was super clean—we really appreciated how well everything was kept up. The vibe of the hotel was fantastic and made us feel comfortable right away. We loved being there and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it! One small thing that would make it even better—a humidifier in the rooms would be a game changer, especially during the harsh dry weather. It's something guests would really appreciate. Also, having kitchen paper and tissue paper stocked around the rooms would be a nice touch.

The property was well situated near subways and also in an area that felt safe, even at night. You’re close to a few supermarkets like Whole foods and Drug-mart which makes food shopping more convenient. However since day one of arriving at the property, it was dirty. There was hair everywhere which only accumulated as we stayed. My siblings and I found ourselves cleaning the place a day in of staying at the property. Many of the sockets around the place weren’t working or hard to use with an adapter. The bedroom is small and so the sharp shape of the square bed frame meant that my sister and I kept accidentally bumping into it so we ended up getting so many leg bruises. When we first arrived, we arrived late due to our flight being delayed and when we got to the room, my two brothers who were going to sleep on the sofa bed realised they hadn’t been given a bed sheet, duvet, duvet cover or cushions. We looked around the property and there was none. They slept so uncomfortably the first night on the leather sofa bed with leather cushions. This should have been provided prior without us having to ask because the property owner knew there was going to be four people sleeping in the property. I did ask the property owner if we could upgrade our room which he didn’t respond to (request wise) and only responded to us getting the extra stuff for the sofa bed. They provided one cushion (thought we needed two), a duvet, a bedsheet.

The area was perfect! The Royal Ontario Museum was right across the street and beautiful shops and pubs everywhere! Building was so secure and top notch with beautiful views through the all glass walls/windows! Right next to the transit for easy access to the whole city. Great immediate communication too that helped answer any questions. 10/10 would definitely stay again!
