"I showed up with my nine-year-old daughter and they had no confirmation of my reservation. They said the hotel was full. It was close to midnight and my daughter was melting down. It was a terrible experience. They ended up finding us a room. Apparently someone else didn’t show up and their credit card didn’t go through so they gave us that room. It was extremely stressful and trying to get a hold of Expedia was not easy either … you had to text through some kind of robot. It was impossible to find a phone number. "
