"Excellent confortable beds. Nice pool. I would have liked chairs on the patio outside to lounge in the Sun. Great steem room. Safe was broken and nevers gothique fixed. Will be back for sure. Friendly service. Will dône."

"Stayed on the 16th floor with waterfall views of American and Horseshoe Falls. I could sit in front of that window all night long. There were some dead bugs on the window ledge which I quickly cleaned up for obvious reasons. The beds were very comfortable and never used the TV since the views were that spectacular. The one negative thing was the tub. Strange bottom, shaped like a U, not flat. Tub was very slippery. Aside from all of that, the stay was excellent. We ate one night at their Italian restaurant overlooking the falls. Pricy but excellent."

"All excellent except shower head is broken, you can still used the shower, unfortunately water splashes toward wall. I told the front desk about the issue, I was told someone would come to fix the issue, no body showed up for help."
