"The property is currently under construction so there are the things that go long with that. The pool is only open until 8pm so if you’re an after dinner swim/soak person you may have to adjust plans. Pool area is also very small. Housekeeping staff is extremely warm and welcoming. Turn down service is an extra nice touch."

"Our third stay here and staff was great as always. Our room could have used a better clean before our stay. Found a sock and a shoe under a chair from a previous guest. Lots of dust on bedside table shelf. Bathrooms were spotless. Still worked great for activities we had planned. Just not quite as nice as previous stays."

"The InterContinental in Toronto was absolutely lovely! We had a stunning view of Lake Ontario, and we were overlooking Ripley's Aquarium and the Rodger's Centre! The staff were incredibly kind and more than willing to help us with our luggage and directions. We were unable to use the amenities due to time restrictions on our trip (our fault, not the hotel's), but we saw the beautiful spaces and would come back in a heartbeat to use them!"
