"The location was perfect for us with easy access to the subway and walking distance to many places of interest. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful and the same was true of the diningroom staff working at breakfast. We never heard any other guests when in our room. The room layout was the best we've ever had for two people whose sleep schedules are different. "

"Breakfast was good however staff are told to walk around the restaurant over 30 minutes prior to closing advising people to wrap it up and leave. If breakfast is served until 10 am an individual should be able to have chosen their food by 10 am and then given relaxed time to eat their food, not be told to move on. "

The second room was an updated suite; however, other units on the floor were being renovated and felt as if I was in the renovation zone -not a good feeling for someone who is seeking R&R. My request to change rooms was quickly addressed and with great customer service "
