Incredible location in the heart of Toronto, easily walkable to most attractions, food outlets, and hundreds of restaurants. The staff were very helpful with directions around the city and offered fantastic suggestions on things to do in Toronto. This stay really made our trip so much more enjoyable.
Amazing location with great food and conveniences close by. Beautiful clean room with a city view. Family friendly amenities. Helpful and considerate staff with an easy self serve check in and check out option as well. Will definitely be staying again!!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I didn’t try out amenities like the pool at all, but the room was very pricey and could use a refresh - I wouldn’t have wanted to take a bath in this hotel. That being said, it’s a great location and very friendly staff. I used the little express bistro daily for my morning coffee and breakfast, and the people working there were so friendly. Self check-in and check-out were super quick and convenient.
The hotel is nice. Staff friendly. Never checked for breakfast. Yes. Only I didn't like was that waste of money vending machine.. Don't ever use it. The carpark is to small. Small meaning very tight for driving your car in and a low celling didn't like that either.
This beautiful one bedroom was exceptional. I enjoy my stay. It was clean AC both in the bedroom and living room. the apartment set up really elegant. I enjoy my stay and I will definitely stay again when I come back to Jamaica , thanks to the host. She was great. Good job.
I had a great stay at the Chelsea Hotel. The staff are really nice. I enjoyed the coffee shop located in the hotel every morning with fresh pastry. The location is so convenient to many great restaurants and shops nearby. They have the most comfortable bed I'ver ever slept on in a hotel. Parking is tight so think twice if you have a large truck. You might have to find a nearby garage. Otherwise I'd recommend staying at the Chelsea.
Never a bad time at the Chelsea. It is its own attraction with The Hive for families with kids. Between the pool, the playroom and the pre-teen area, there is something to keep kids entertained. Staff is always kind and helpful. The balconies could use a little updating, could look a little less run down but that is a small detail compared to all the amenities.
Great for kids. FYI kids need to pass a swimming test to use the water slide if they are under a certain height. Was tough for my little one, but she was super proud of herself when she did, which made it even better. Another word to the wise, if you want Netflix or something on TV bring a chrome cast.

Room- the sink in our room was dirty, under the counter on the ledge had old tooth paste and make up on it.
The toilet made a squeezing noise all night and at 1am it started running and wouldn’t shut off.
My family was asleep so I couldn’t call maintenance.
The thermostat didn’t work in the room and it was very hot. Luckily we had a balcony and could open the door. However, being downtown, there were a lot of sirens and loud noises.
The only reason I booked this hotel is for the waterslides for the kiddos. It was closed the whole time we were there. It closes on Sundays at 1pm…
Staff were nice.
Great location.
Staff were knowledgeable, efficient and welcoming.
Hotel Restaurant staff were very welcoming and hospitality was very considerate and happy. Cocktails and food were wonderful quality. It was late when we arrived at check in and were really hungry... Gochujang Wings and Mussels in a white wine butter sauce were very delicious and appreciated so late in the evening. Plus a dessert for my birthday that day at 11:30pm was not necessary for the staff, but so appreciated as I was tired.
Hotel rooms were quiet and peaceful.
Beds, pillows, bedding was very comfortable and cozy.
House keeping was excellent, very impressed with topping up tissues, towels, water, tea and making the bed during our 5 night stay. Pool was lovely and clean.
Location was quiet, but Central and walking distance to aloy of sights. 26min walk to Rogers & Scotia Stadium. 40min walk to Kensington Village.
Across the street at Elm Street Italian Deli.... submarine sandwiches were Excellent! Also Unholy donuts are wonderful.
I would definitely stay again.
