"I was late arriving for check in, staff very understanding and couldn’t do enough to help me. The room was great, the biggest bed and television I have ever seen, clean, complimentary water and coffee, excellent. Great staff at breakfast, very helpful, great selection at breakfast buffet. Not hurried, very relaxed even though it was busy. Express checkout and staff called me a taxi when leaving. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will stay here again on a future return visit. Hotel very central to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. 5 mins taxi to train station. Excellent, 5 stars. Pity I couldn't stay longer."

"My reservation was for 2 queen beds. When we arrived I was advised the room contained a king bed plus a sofa bed. I tried to sleep on the sofa bed the first night but the mattress padding was worn so badly that the coils were basically grinding into my body. I advised the manager the next morning and the mattress pad was replaced. I was also offered a 2 queen bed room the next 2 nights but once we were in a room we didn’t feel like packing everything and relocating. The sofa bed was fine for the 2 remaining nights but I feel like that’s not what I paid for when I secured the reservation. "

"While the room and staff were great (as usual) we were extremely disappointed to see they are now charging $2/item to bring it to your room, plus multiple service fees. For us to have 2 champagne flutes and cutlery it was $14. This completely ruins the hotel experience. What next, do I have to bring my own towels and sheets?"
