I've stayed here several times and the staff always goes above and beyond to be helpful. I like the aesthetic, I feel comfortable and safe here. It's also super convenient if you plan to travel by subway because it's a few steps from the North/South and East/West lines.

I love this hotel. This was my second stay, the staff is so kind and helpful, I had to ask for my room to be moved due to noise and the front desk was so great about getting me moved right away. The rooms are very comfortable this trip I worked in my room for two days and had the space to comfortably do so. Ill be back the next time Im in Toronto for sure!

Extremely well maintained and gorgeously decorated hotel! Very friendly staff! The double queen room was very spacious for my family of 3. My only issue is that there is no coffee machine in the room itself, but there is cold brew available in the lobby.

The room was spacious and clean, crisp linens, great water pressure in the shower and the air conditioning worked very well which are usually complaints from my husband. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The onsite pub was a bonus as we were too rushed to enjoy local restaurants, so convenient and the cocktails were great. Underground parking linked to lobby by elevator.
