"Great all-inclusive experience at Bahía Príncipe in Tulum! The food was delicious with lots of variety, and the service, cleanliness, entertainment, and transportation were all top-notch. The room was a bit small for our family of four, but we managed just fine. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back!"

"Personally this was our first time staying at an All Inclusive resort and we couldn’t be more happier with our stay. Everything was wonderful! The dining options, the staff, the endless amounts of activities as well as entertainment options made our stay that much more memorable. With only a few minutes walk to a private beach and ability to swim in the ocean all day long, as well as numerous pools in the resort and the option to reserve a room with its only private pool, Secrets Akumal has indeed set a high bar when it comes to All Inclusive resorts and we will definitely be going back. We had an amazing time and enjoyed all of the services. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to enjoy a week of vacation without the stress of having to arrange all the things that comes with planning for a vacation. Great service and a beautiful location!"

"This is the second time I visited Royal Catalonia Tulum. The first time I came solo, which was a wonderful experience, and this time I came with a group of 5 women and stayed for 5 days. We all had an excellent time. The food is delicious, the place feels very safe, the ocean is calm, the water is clear, and the water temperature was great for swimming. We did many activities; stretching, yoga, water aerobics, dancing, volleyball, and bingo. You can spend your time there just relaxing or mix it up with the many fun activities that are planned throughout the day and evening. It’s also fun to walk along the beach, and we got up to watch the sunrise almost every day. My favorite restaurant is Adelita, and Evangelina was our awesome waitress both times. Breakfast and lunch offered many healthy and delicious options, and Quetzabel is incredibly welcoming. She remembered our name after about a day. Everyone working at the resort is so kind and helpful, and they speak English surprisingly well. Beatriz at the front desk was super helpful and arranged our dinner plans and answered any questions we had. Eddie (Edgar) is an amazing dancer, activity leader and just overall wonderful human being. Jesus drove the golf cart and went out of his way to make us comfortable. Marti cleaned our room and it was so fun to come back to our room after swimming all day to find a spotless room with a new creative design with the bedding. We’ll be back!"

"This was my first time reviewing a place I stayed, but Barcelo Maya Riviera truly deserved it. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their kindness. Although our room wasn’t ready at check-in, they quickly reassigned us to another available room so we could settle in right away. Every interaction—from front desk to servers and bartenders—was friendly and accommodating. Most restaurants offered four-course meals and happily provided extra dishes for us to sample. We spent most of our time by the pool near the Music Bar, where the bartenders were efficient and fun, and even tho we know they were on the clock, it look like they were actually enjoying what they were doing, a lot of them engaging on the activities with the guest and giving the impression that they were actually having a good time. We didn’t feel the need to leave the resort thanks to the convenient shuttles and walkways connecting the properties. Maya Riviera stood out for being more relaxed and less crowded than the others. All in all, the experience exceeded our expectations! "
