"Wow! What a beautiful resort. The staff was so kind and attentive. Everything was spotless. The music was very relaxing. The pool and jacuzzi were heated, which was nice, since it was a bit chilly in the afternoon and at night. We only ate breakfast while we were there, but it was AMAZING! So fresh and delicious. Also, the area that the resort is located is super charming. There are small cafes, beach clubs, restaurants and boutiques, but not an overwhelming amount of noise and people. We will definitely be back!"

Found the staff to be extremely helpful and accommodating with top notch service and the hotel is very well located with a gorgeous stretch of beach area and walking distance to the best restaurants and bars in tulum.
