I really loved how when you step out the door, you have shade and it was set up nicely that it’s partly enclosed and there is a wonderful breeze that flows thru the patios.

The staff was courteous. The square pillows were not comfortable for sleeping, but the room was clean. The buffering on t.v. was erratic, and no handsoap in bathroom. The price for stay was good, and the room for the price was adequate.

front desk check in was quick and staff was friendly and helpful. pool looked nice, too chilly out to enjoy it. bed was clean and comfy. Bathroom was clean. i would say rooms need updating, location to airport, the shuttle and price were worth the nights stay. i did notice that atrium area, the floors were quite dirty, from rain i'm assuming, plants need attention.

Room was clean and safe for the night. It served it's purpose for our canceled flight. Hotel needs a major upgrade. The dressers and nightstands were peeling back and some drawers didn't shut properly.

Having seen other recent reviews, I was worried about the status of the room. It good enough for the weekend visit, no real issues with the room. Definitely a 3-star hotel. No USB outlets in the room so make sure to bring your charging brick. Soap/Shampoo/Conditioner are little travel bottles, not attached to the wall of the shower. The shower height is a little on the low side. Note, we had a city view/outside facing room.
