"Room walls are dirty. Old furniture. Laundry dryer weak power, spent ¥1500 and 1.5hrs for a load. Had to order for women’s skincare set to be delivered, not in room; no razor, had to buy. Taxi needs surcharge to go to Annex Lobby. All in all not a great experience "

"The hotel was visually stunning and very large. Within the lobby you could easily access the 7/11 convenience store, restaurants, a lovely bar with live piano music and the aurora sky bar. The hotel was located right next to the tunnel entrance to walk easily to shinjuku station (which took about 10 minutes to walk through). We got the cheapest room which was very spacious and the beds were very comfy and the bathroom was also spacious and clean. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend and return here."

"Hotel communication through Expedia was very prompt and thorough. The location is right next to subway. The room, the public bath, public area were all very clean. The buffet breakfast has a large variety and all very yummy. We also used the laundry machines and very confident. There is even a coincidence store accessible from the hotel indoor. In conclusion, we, the whole family, found the stay very very enjoyable."

"Super cold AC, excellent towels and linens and stress absorbing mattresses. Loved the laundry room, taxi service and convenience stores street level. Just a very relaxed restful and fun stay!! Coming back soon!!"

"I enjoyed my stay and the atmosphere. It’s not in great location if you are using the subway, the 10/15 minute walk to the station is through the government office precinct, so not very interesting. Not a lot of restaurants nearby."
