"Staff cleaned the room daily, including late one day upon our request. The hotel is art deco and located close to Disney Ses and Toyko, very close to Shiomi station and many excellent restaurants nearby."

"Clean, well equipped. Not the biggest room but adequate for one night. BUT: It is a long walk from the terminal (under cover), and a long walk to reach the room."

"The shuttle to Disney helped out a lot, they had good amenities. We had a week long stay and cleaned once, which I preferred. They came in daily to empty the trash out and give us new bath towels and pjs. We didn’t use the pjs or foot massage so I can’t speak on those. Over all enjoyed the stay. "

"This was a nice place to stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. They had a lot of options for breakfast and it was very close to shops, bus stops and train stations. I booked a quad room so me and my 2 friends had extra room. Beds were nice, pillows were a bit hard tho."

"This hotel is simply reaching end of service life. Needs a major renovation. We chose it so that we can ride Narita express the next day. There is very few things around the hotel. It's not worth it. Pick something else if you dont need proximity to station."

"The staff were excellent, the check in process was smooth and quick. The hotel itself was the nicest hotel our entire trip. It was our honeymoon so the staff decided to write us a nice letter congratulating us and well wishes. Overall the hotel is super nice, the 7/11 on the basement level was a huge plus. Would recommend anyone ! 11/10 stars "
