"This hotel was wonderful. It was right in center of Kensington. Very close to the underground, cafes, restaurants, Hyde park, museums. The staff were extremely nice. Rooms were great. "
"Hotel was fantastic, stay was great and the food was great. We went to the come alive show at the empress museum and it was only a few minutes walk so fantastic location for that.
The only issue we had was the guy that checked us in had his WhatsApp open on his phone whilst we were there. As a business owner I wouldn’t tolerate that from staff but he was still helpful, polite and quick. It just isn’t very professional."
"The quiet surrounding. The quay view from the window was meditating. Clean and clear walk routes. Reception staff were really kind and welcoming. Hotel was wonderfully Clean, Neat and smelt gorgeous in the Lobby area. A very pleasant stay indeed.
