"We were so happy to stay here. We had a situation with another property we booked and the VRBO team jumped in and got us set up with this property. The on site property managers were awesome and even got us into the property a little early. This was a wonderful location and really close to the Earl Street station. We would definitely come back here to stay."
"The Captain Cook is clean and in a quiet area. You escape the tourist crowds and the rates are a real bargain, too. The pub below the rooms served great food and the buses to downtown London and the tube were very convenient. Plus, the Mil Kitchen around the corner served a great breakfast. We will be going back when visiting London. Also, the staff members were super friendly. "
"Very convenient location near Earl’s Court underground station. Also walkable to restaurants and shops. Clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Would stay here again. 10/10 Excellent
"This is an exceptional boutique hotel in Earl’s Court, steps to the underground. They have a stunning backyard garden bar and eating area. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are terrific. Highly recommend. "
"Bed was comfortable, good wifi, it dodnt smell, cars could pull up for drop off but onsite security with a gate. Will say ac dripped woke up to it in am and wet spot on carpet so turned ac back off and let it dry. "
"We only stayed for 2 nights but it was absolutely lovely! The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a high street down the road which was very convenient when we wanted a snack and went out for dinner. Bed was extremely comfortable and air conditioning helped with the unexpected heatwave. Lots of options for breakfast as well which I loved. Would absolutely stay there again the next time I come to London. "
"Traveling from the U.S. to the U.K. for the very first time made an excellent trip and a large part of that was due to our stay at the Trebovir Hotel. Upon arrival, the architecture of the Trebovir building and surrounding developments was breathtaking. The quintessential London style was captivating and exceeded what I could have imagined. The front of the building is paved with beautiful checkered black and white tile and gorgeous flowers that only exude excitement and wonder.
We were not disappointed upon walking into the concierge area and lobby. We were greeted by friendly, grateful and helpful staff. The room was perfect, though small it was a beautiful fit for my 12 year old son, 22 year old daughter and myself. The 3 person room was furnished with twin beds side by side, and an adorable window view of the street. This was a unique set up than I had ever seen in the states. It was tight, but truly not in a bad way. The beds were comfortable, I give them 10 stars! I slept beautifully each of my 5 nights. The bathroom was clean and beautifully renovated though small... again that was not a negative at all.
Breakfast was just ok. Ham, eggs, bread and coffee for the most part, also yogurt etc. It was fine for some mornings as eggs and coffee are good enough for me. Other days we ventured out to neighboring cafes. Earl's Court station is literally around the corner and there are a plether of places to choose from to eat. Walks are energizing given the beautiful area. "
"Unique hotel, great styling, we had an awesome stay, staff very welcoming. Gloucester Road Station is just around the corner making it easy to get around London, or just go for walks to around the streets of Kensington and Chelsea."
