"Great location for Royal Albert Hall. Short walk to underground and also near range of restaurants. Room was spacious and clean (some paint marks on beige carpet did stand out. Staff v friendly and quick check in. First hotel i have stayed at where you are issued 2 cards-one for room and one for lift/stair access. Would stay again."

"The Kensington is a quaint boutique hotel that I know I’ll want to return to! The restaurant, lounge, and tea areas are beautifully and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect balance of luxury and comfort while honoring the building’s historic charm in the most elegant way. It all feels lush and refined. The staff is outstanding—warm, courteous, and always ready to help. The doormen, in particular, add a special touch with their friendliness and thoughtful conversation while you wait for your ride. And the location? Possibly my favorite part. As a first-time visitor to London, I wanted to be close to the main attractions—but not too close. This hotel delivered exactly that. Tucked away in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, it felt like a peaceful retreat far from the hustle and bustle, yet I could easily walk to most major sights. A true hidden gem that feels like another world. All in all, it was a fabulous stay. I can’t wait to come back!"

"The staff and convenient are lovely. We were annoyed that the pool closed at the time posted but when we would show with an hour to close they would discourage us from using facilities. Other than this inconvenience, the stay was quite memorable. We will return as guests again."
