"Amazing ! "

"The room was very clean, and the staff helpful. It was good to have water and snack cookies provided, and one staff member was very good about storing an item in the bar fridge for me. The elevator was very small and felt a bit tenuous at times. The room was large, though, and the bathroom too. The staff seemed to be worked a lot, perhaps working at the hotel across the street as well?"

"I have a lovely experience at the Radisson Blu in South Kensington. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The breakfast in the morning is lovely, and the room itself, though a bit small, is very clean and updated. The location cannot be bit as you are in a beautiful, desirable neighborhood and within walking or tube distance to everything that you would want to see including Windsor Palace, and also many markets and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel and location."

"The Cumberland was a decent hotel overall. The bed was somewhat comfortable, you could feel its age and the underpinnings were lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean but there were spots on the ceiling that raised some eyebrows. Gym was clean and well stocked. Reception was overall very helpful except for delays in housekeeping/maintenance arriving to solve a plumbing issue. Great value for money for London and the location for time of year."

"Very central, and loved cleanliness. All the staff were great, and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing, and very organized. Staff were very quick to clear and clean tables. Floors maintained exceptionally. Would stay again."
