The location was very nice and the rooms were clean. It was a pity you have to take 8 stairs to get to the complex and there is no elevator. But the service was horrible. When we asked for toiletpaper for the shared bathrooms (2 bathrooms for 7 rooms with 2 or more guests) because all the was finished we were told to just go get it ourselves at the nightstore. When we explained that this is not very nice service as toiletries are included and you cannot leave 14 guests in your complex with no toiletpaper whatsoever the host got very rude

КОМФОРТНО, УДОБНО И НЕ ДОРОГО.
Для начала надо сказать что это не отель. Это апартаменты, как коммунальная квартира, на 7 изолированных комнат с общей кухней, 2 санузла с душевыми кабинками и феном. Рецепшена нет. Хозяева по СМС спрашивают, когда приедете и встречают Вас у парадной. Дом жилой старинный, 5 этаж, лифт не работает, находится за Казанским Собором. Из моего окна видно Собор. На Невский проспект дойти пешком за 1 минуту, метро близко. В каждой комнате железная дверь. На кухне посудомоечная машина и стиральная машина, потер и СВЧ, плиты нет. Чистота везде!!! В комнате есть тапочки одноразовые и 1 полотенце, гладильная доска и утюг. Отличное место и я рекомендую его всем, и сама ещё приеду сюда, как будет возможность. Рядом есть ресторан "Мамалыга", очень вкусный и не дешёвый. Там грузинская кухня и ее только, много иностранцев туристов ходит кушать, народу всегда много. На Невском, рядом, есть "Столовая № 1", там дешево и вкусно, как Совдепия. Рассказываю обо всём, что считаю важным в отзывах, для людей, которые в первый раз в Питере. Жить в центре за тааакие деньги выгодно, удобно и комфортно, Рекомендую!!!!
