"I have read some positive reviews so I think we must have just been unlucky but the only real positive was that the location was handy for the metro. I am not a fussy person and I have done a lot of traveling but the hotel was hard to find and the stairs to reach reception stank and a rat ran past me! The rooms were very small and noisy and the bathroom also smelt of damp. And I am really sorry to say that I didn't expect the staff to speak English but they did not try to help our...
