Foa'Lua is a direct waterfront executive and a one-of-a-kind, gorgeous, and tranquil St. Pete Beach House. Foa'Lua is one that is unmatched! It has a perfect location with the best of everything around. You are a short two-and-a-half-minute walk to the direct beach access! The three-bedroom two, two-bath home sleeps 6 people comfortably. It features a $3000 king-size Purple mattress in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom, a full-size pull-out couch in the second guest bedroom, and an extra twin mattress if needed if an extra person needs to be accommodated. You will enjoy the fully updated chef's kitchen, which includes a gas cooktop with a separate beverage cooler and 4 TVs for your entertainment needs. The TV in the living room is an 80" 4K OLED TV. ***NOTE: There is a non-refundable pet deposit in the amount of $500.00***

Perhaps one of the greatest features is the brand new 500-square-foot (the largest allowed) 'Beach Club' style dock designed by the property owner. The dock has a brand-new retractable ladder, so you can launch your kayaks easily if you desire. Foa'Lua features a separate workspace in the third bedroom if you are coming to work remotely. You will enjoy each home living area's unique, different, and beautiful views!

The home has a beautiful balcony from the living room with sunset views and a large patio off the ground level. The ground level is easily accessible via the stairwell in the front or the stairwell in the back. Foa'Lua is dog-friendly at an additional rate per night. *** The number of pets is limited, and guests are required to pick up after their pets as well as be respectful to the home, yard, and neighbors***

Great property, great location.

I have nothing but positive things to say. It’s a relatively new rental property and their management company is fairly new to managing it. But any question I had or minor issue that cropped up (I was there for 7 weeks) was quickly and pleasantly drafty with. I’ve already committed to staying there next year on the same dates. I hadn’t spent time in the area previously but am now a big fan!

Walking distance to the beach

We stayed here for a month. The management company was very nice and let us check-in early, which made our move-in much easier. The view is lovely and the porch has a table and 6 chairs for dining al fresco. The kichen was nicely stocked with cooking necessities and spices. The office has an L-shaped desk and printer for anyone working from home (I was). The large picture window in the main gives a pretty view from the king sized bed. The blackout blinds are new and do a good job. There were some issues. Both cable representatives who came said that the Wi-Fi will always be at risk due to the unusual connection outside running across the lawn. Took four days for them to get it working. Some of the ceiling lights and fans we reported were still unrepaired when we left. The main bedroom en suite shower was worked on twice but was still alternately freezing and scalding in a 5 minute span, neither of us could set a comfortable temperature that lasted. There are no screens on the windows so we didn't open them (mosquitos). The main bedroom was quiet, but expect constant street noise in the office and 2nd bedroom during the day and evening. The house sits at the sole ingress/egress intersection to a very large neighborhood.
