"Definitely not as bad as some reviews are saying - I stayed here for 4 days and there weren't many issues. There is a lot of construction going on outside but I was rarely there during the day and it was quiet at night which is what mattered to me. The walls are very thin but other guests were quiet so it wasn't much of a bother. "Great location and easy access from lhr. Two tips. Don’t bother with hotel hoppa bus. Useless, late, detour takes forever to get to Hyatt. Opt for U3 London transport bus from lhr. Very frequent, only 3 stops and cheap. For North American travellers you are asked to open a « tab » at check in. You just don’t give your credit card number and expect to get charged on it for everything like in the U.S. Got into some frustrating situations with receptionist sall over the UK over this. "
