"Location, location, location! The hotel is a block from Trafalgar square and walkable to many of the key sites. It's walkable to shopping, restaurants, buses, the tube, hop on and hop off buses. The staff is very friendly and provided great suggestions to restaurants and sites to see. The hotel is very clean and has a washing machine at no charge for guests to use. I would definitely stay again at the hotel for my next trip to London."

Housekeeping service was excellent as was the staff at the front desk. On our departure day, we used their airport car service for early (before 5 am arrival) at Heathrow. The driver was right on time and nice to talk to. I happily recommend this hotel to others. "
