Very nice clean room I was just surprised it was for a person with a wheel chair so no bath which I was expecting for a young child and the bed for her wasn’t set up but other then that it was a great stay

Absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay. The property was nicely maintained and easy to navigate. The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the city and accessibility to public transportation was a plus! The service I received was unmatched. Each staff member I interacted with was helpful, knowledgeable in their field and very kind. Would recommend anyone to stay at this property.

Great hotel next to Hyde Park and close to 2 tube stations & Paddington train station/Heathrow Express. Suite was lovely & comfortable, as described. Was a bit surprised a few room features didn't perform as expected though for the high quality surroundings. Staff was very helpful when informed and quick to respond when we needed anything. Not our first visit and would return.
