I will say ot was listed it had an ac and whole i am sure it did it was locked and coupd not be turned down or on so one day it was 23 degreed celsius outside and inside fine but the next it was 27 celsius in the room and all we could get was a fan. "Fantastic location for getting around the city. 6 stops on the underground from Kings Cross was brilliant. The room was spacious and the kitchen area with washing machine and fridge was a great bonus. "
"Fantastic value for money in my opinion- Lovely facilities, friendly staff, great location and most important spotlessly clean! My child has eczema and at 4am in the morning messaged them about possibly getting hollow fibre pillows and duvet (thinking for the next day) 2 minutes later and had a knock at the door with the new bedding! Will definitely be returning and 100% recommend."
"Our stay at the Novotel London Tower Bridge was truly exceptional, and we wholeheartedly recommend it! Its prime location, just a stone’s throw from Tower Hill tube station and a short stroll to landmarks like the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, couldn’t be more convenient.
The hotel’s contemporary and inviting ambiance instantly made us feel at home. The staff were outstanding—warm and welcoming at check-in, with the breakfast team being particularly attentive.
A special shout-out to Bocar at checkout, whose friendliness and helpfulness left a lasting impression.
Our room was generously sized, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with a comfy bed, complimentary Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, and a smart TV with Chromecast for streaming. The modern bathroom, featuring a fantastic rainfall shower and quality toiletries, added a touch of luxury.
The breakfast buffet was a standout, with an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality dishes, from classic English breakfast options to pastries and fresh fruit, ensuring something for everyone. The hotel’s dedication to hygiene, backed by the ALLSAFE label, provided added reassurance.
With its unbeatable location, top-notch service, and modern comforts, the Novotel London Tower Bridge is an excellent choice for any London visitor. We can’t wait to return!
