We upgraded to a bigger room. Very comfy bed and great shower. The only thing I would have liked to have was a coffee pot and a place for breakfast in the hotel. Their restaurant was not opened during our visit. Staff was amazing helping us navigate around the town. Great location.

Staff were very friendly, room was nice and clean only problem was room was abit small, but for what we needed it for it was adequate we would stay here again, hotel is close to quite alot of popular attractions easy to get to aswell.

Location and staff were fantastic. The room itself was extremely small. No place for luggage. Bathroom is also very very small and uncomfortable. It's almost impossible to use the sink and toilet.

Good location ne Leicester Square , close to tube. Room and bathroom both clean. Sufficient space for the 2 of us to hang clothes. It was a very good overnight choice. Plenty of places for breakfast nearby next morning.

Location is good as it’s a 15 second walk to the tube station. Wish I read more into the hotel because there was no chair no desk and no TV. Bed was very uncomfortable. There’s a convenience store right outside the entrance but beware there’s no prices on anything and the guy will rip you off. Other than that it was okay. We didn’t know the NFL game was there when we stayed because usually much better hotels are available for cheaper nice. Wasn’t worth the price imo

Staff were really helpful. The Hotel was at-the back of Leicester square so very central. The shower and bathroom were spotless, but carpet was covered in bits . Furniture tired and a bit grotty looking . Bed was comfortable enough. As a budget hotel There was no TV or tea making facilities in the room or in communal space. No Lounge area, and charges for bag storage. Wouldn’t go back - was expensive for what was Offered

Great location. Was easy to walk with a big suitcase from Tottenham Court Road station. Aircon was good and already in when I arrived. Windowless room was fine. Security a bit lax - you can access any floor, and potentially people could just walk in off the street past reception. The rooftop bar that was advertised online is not operational. Basic housekeeping available upon request, with a full turnover service after four days

The hotel is fine the rooms has a fine size taking how central in London the hotel is placed. The restaurant and breakfast is not worth the money we ended up going somewhere else on day 2
