Don't get the room on the first floor above the bakery GAIL'S, Everyday at 5;00 am racks were being rolled in and around. We should have asked for a room change. The location is amazing and the room was very clean.

This is a very clean and basic hotel in a quiet location close to Oxford Street, Tottenham Court Road and Bloomsbury. There are no staff and entry is by key code and checkout by QR code. The room is relatively spacious for Central London standards and two people won’t find themselves falling over each other. Notably, there are many mains outlets and several USB outlets so you could boil the kettle, make coffee, in the Nespresso machine and charge your laptop and phone without having to resort to rewiring the room. Also, and again rare for UK hotels, there is a sensible-sized mini fridge which would accommodate full-size bottles of wine, beers, snacks etc. Finally, there is a downstairs closet should you need extra towels and so forth. I recommend for one or two travellers looking for secure, quiet, no-frills accommodation.

The property is in a great location - easy and safe walk to so many things. The room was very basic but clean and definitely more than adequate. The A/C did not work as expected, but the windows worked just fine! The shower was my only real complaint. I had to use AI to figure out how to use it. The tub was quite slippery and there was no bath mat or hand rail. Also, because the half glass door was not movable, the water and the water temperature could only be adjusted when in the shower itself. Think twice if you are over 50 and not the most mobile.

The location is just fantastic - easy to get to from the tube and a great place to base yourself to explore London The check in process is different as you get emailed a code, however the communication is great. I needed to store luggage on arrival and the staff were fantastic in assisting me Lots of good food options in walking distance - nice area

Really liked our stay at this hotel. We thought there would be no people working at on site, but they where there and were really accommodating! The minus side would be that we could here the noise very clear outside even though it was double window and the bed and pillows was a bit hard for my taste. Overall would recommend!
