Very friendly and pleasant guy on the desk. Room was very comfortable and the hotel was about a 10 min flat walk from Euston and Kings Cross. Great warea with wine bars, restaurants and a chippy.

The staff were so lovely here, and the room was a good size for a night's stay. Great location, so near anything you could need to travel to. However, the single plug in my room didn't work, so the staff asked me to charge my things in reception, and then they jammed the plug in the wall. Also, there were workers below my window in the morning who were very loud.

Shower and bed linens were very clean, which is the important part. Everything else was in need of repair. The rugs were clearly vacuumed but had many old stains, both in my room and throughout the property. Banisters on the staircase were in desperate need of mending. Overall the hotel just needs some TLC. No elevator and no air conditioning, though staff was kind enough to help me lug my bag up to the top floor. I just missed the heatwave which was lucky. Water pressure was terrible (barely a trickle in the morning when I assume the system was overloaded by guests) and while the towels had clearly been laundered, they'd seen better days. All in all this is essentially a budget hotel and with that in mind, it was good enough for one person who isn't expecting luxury. The location at least is extremely convenient without feeling overly crowded or overwhelmed by tourists.

Nice and clean rooms. Very good english breakfast. Walking distance (20-30 minutes) to most of the things we wanted to see; Carnaby street, Oxford Street, Camden, Covent garden etc. Many good pubs close to the hotell. Buses, subway and trains just a few minutes walk away. We will stay in this hotell next time we’re in London. Recomended!!

Clean, well-maintained rooms with a friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast was solid with a good variety, and the location is a big plus, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. It’s also conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to get around, and the neighborhood itself is very walkable. The only downside was the bathroom sink, which was surprisingly small and a bit inconvenient to use.

The location of this hotel is outstanding. Its a five minute walk from Euston station and is located on a beautiful crescent. While the rooms are small and basic they are clean and perfectly fine for what we needed. The staff were all lovely and the view from my room over the green and the tennis courts was lovely. I could open my window for fresh air which is a big bonus.
