We arrived early and were allowed to have our room. Reception staff were super friendly. Later we had a welcome card and a 20% off voucher for the bar and restaurant. I love Yotel, always spotlessly clean rooms with fresh crisp bedding and comfy beds.

Booked a first class room to have extra hotel room space as it seemed most London hotels that were affordable were very tiny. This allowed us to have the space we needed to not feel cramped during our stay. We were able to check in early which saved us after our long haul flight. Our room didn’t have a window which I felt if I’m paying for a larger room I should be able to see outside and know what time of day it is. Easy to access and pay for refreshments and bar onsite was nice to utilize. We did not pay for breakfast each day so can’t speak to that.

Stayed one night. Room is suited for solo traveller who is primarily looking to sleep in the room. The bed adjusts similar to a hospital bed to provide more or less space in lieu of a seating area and as such, it was not tops for comfort but serviceable. Even folded up space to walk was difficult. I also would have preferred more lighting when using the bathroom vanity to get ready/do makeup etc instead of the trendy ambient lights. Citizen M has a better balance on this. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the location well appointed. A solid budget choice.
