The staff were lovely. Close to two tube stations. Pretty area.

Arrived to be told "oh - has nobody contacted you"... No Your room had no heating or water..., nothing, no chance or it being fixed... and I was to be moved to another hotel, further away.. Plenty of other people arrived after me and got a room.. There was a list of people they had over booked , and decided to shift down the road.. The excuse, of no water in my specific room, seemed to have no credibility once challenged. After a wait for a taxi, I was sent to a poorer/smaller room, in a hotel further away. Now late for my client meeting, and in a quiet area, I had to walk back into a area to be able to get a taxi, to get to my client. I was an hour late. Do not use this or any of the other part of this chain again.

Don't stay in room b16 on a Saturday night. Music from outside somewhere kept me awake until 4.30
