Cozy Resort Condo with family-friendly pools

This one-bedroom, one-bath condo is on the third floor, so there's no need to listen to the people above you walk around. With a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized hide-a-bed couch in the living room; this condo can sleep up to four people. There is a full kitchen with pots, pans, knives, plates, silverware, spices, a crockpot, and a coffee maker....all you'll need in order to prepare meals for your family (just bring your own food!). You'll also have wireless internet and two televisions: one in the living room and one in the bedroom. During your stay, you will have access to six swimming pools, a clubhouse, splash pad, exercise facilities, basketball courts, shuffleboard, and a volley ball area.

Area interests include Zions National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, North Rim Grand Canyon National Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, rock climbing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, golfing, hiking, and Tuacahn Broadway in the Desert.

Nice condo

Had a little bit of a hiccup in getting check-in instructions, but were able to contact the host and get them before arriving. The condo is a little dated, but still nice and comfortable.

Great location in a quiet area that has lots of amenities to enjoy. The condo was very clean and the availability of a washer/dryer was fantastic. Brittany was very easy to communicate with and provided quick responses. We would definitely stay again.

Cozy but great!

We had 4 adults and we were able to fit everyone with an air mattress, couch and the one bed. It was definitely cozy but it worked for what we needed it for. It’s very cute and a nice spot! The pools make it definitely worth it!

Lovely home away from home.

This is a great spot with everything you need for a great stay. We loved the location and the pools and pickleball courts were wonderful. We had a wifi issue that was resolved quickly and with such kindness by Don with Ubiquity. Brittany was great as the host and easy to get in touch with. This place is well worth it and the price is awesome. We’ll be back!

Just ok

We arrived after check in time and room was just being cleaned and had to wait. Host never responded to message. Never shared the wifi info or clean up instruction. Nice that if has a pull out couch -BUT.....really uncomfortable.There is a "mattress topper" just a foam mat, so would recommend for only 2 peopleLocation was nice and spot clean.

The overall property itself was as expected and we enjoyed the location and amenities. However when we checked in at 4:00pm the condo had not been cleaned from the last guest. We contacted the property host and she made arrangements for it to be cleaned. So we hauled all our stuff back down 3 flights of stairs to our car. We checked back in at 7:30 pm and the condo was nice and clean. The property host was nice and apologized and said she would send us a discount reimbursement for the inconvenience. However, she never sent it. When I messaged her about it i never got a response.

Red Rock Heaven

Situated 40 or so minutes from majestic Zion National Park, near Snow Canyon State Park is the condo resort. What an absolute oasis in the middle of breathtaking scenery and mountain vistas. Golf amongst the red rock, hike the lava trails of Snow Canyon, and spend the day by 3 incredible pools (often empty!). This condo, resort, as well as Brittany (the host) are absolute gems. Some of the best money I have EVER spent! And that's not hyperbole!! If you want a place to relax and feel completely comfortable in while touring the incredible sights of Southern Utah- look no further!!!

Great Place for the price!

Great place to stay for the price! The condo was a good amount of space for me and my kids to stay for the weekend. A few things that I wanted to make others aware about this particular unit.... If you are self conscious about mirrors in a rental, I would suggest not to stay here! There is A LOT of mirrors!! haha! I believed they were all single sided mirrors but we were still careful. If you are looking for a more modern place, I would not recommend this place. It is an older style but is clean and has everything you would need for a stay. I was a little thrown off by the colorful and patterned linens and towels. They seemed clean but normally these items are white, so they can be bleached and fully sanitized. Again, very nice place to stay, just a few things I thought to make others aware of! My kids LOVED the pools and it was not a far walking distance at all either. Just right behind our unit.

Cramped and old

Very small area. No place to eat, uses stools or tv tables. No place for a laptop, had to use the kitchen counter. No storage for food in kitchen, had to leave it out on the counter. No place to put clothes. Only cupboard in bedroom full of owner's stuff. Dresser in closet takes up all the hanging space. Futon in bedroom leaves only 15 inches to walk through the room. Bathroom door catches on ceiling and only opens half way. Only three kitchen knives; went to dollar store and bought some. Good area, good facilities, easy in and out.

Very Clean,Comfortable 3rd Floor Condo-Great for 2 People

What we liked: This property was clean, has a well stocked kitchen of pans,plates etc (of course bring your own food, bring your own baggies /saran wrap). Bed was very comfortable- A/C worked great. Bathroom had plenty of toilet paper, towels, hand towels, hand soap. Be sure to bring your own toiletries. What was a bit confusing: We made our reservation the day before we arrived. I found out that this is considered "last minute." Check in was at 4:00. We arrived at 4:05 and still had not received a code to get into the condo. After 40 minutes, I finally was able to get a hold of Brittney who informed me that when you make a last minute reservation (I made it 24 hours in advance) the computer doesn't always get the code and letter to the one who reserved the condo. With that information that Brittney had, it would have been very helpful for her just to text me the code before 4:00 with an explanation about the delay. She text me the code at 4:45 and everything went smoothly after that. The welcome letter also arrived later on and we read the information. It was very informative. We became a bit stressed when we read: that if our front door began to beep, that was a signal that the batteries were running low and it was our responsibility to change them on the lock. If we did not get the batteries changed and we became locked out of the condo, we would be charged $250.00 if they had to call a locksmith. We listened carefully for that beep which never came! Phew.

Condo is small, but met our needs well. Updated/modern microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Due to an apparent scheduling error, the property was not ready at the 1600 check in time. That being said, the owner and property manager were very apologetic and got the condo repaired/prepared in about 1.5 hours. Property does not have a jetted tub as shown in listing; this has been replaced with a walk in shower. Overall, would stay here again.
