The front porch has a picture perfect view of rolling pastures and the community provides a pool, tennis/pickle ball court, sidewalks and fishing pond all free for your enjoyment. The neighborhood is adjacent to the Razorback Greenway and The Fayetteville Botanical Gardens 2 miles to Sassafras Wineyard and Event center. Centrally located to all Northwest Arkansas has to offer.

We showed up for check in to discover this house is occupied and under a long term lease. We were never alerted by VRBO and had to find alternative accommodations for (10) people. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.

This property is no longer on the VRBO market but still shows on the website. We were stuck standing outside with no place to stay and it took several days dealing multiple assistants to get a cancellation verified and our money refunded. This was not an easy process.
