Excellent staff assisting with check in upon arrival. Complementary umbrellas to borrow which was very convenient. Great location only a few minute walk from tube stations, parliament and a fun bar with welcoming locals right next door. And a fun rooftop bar offering food and drinks.
Clean and comfortable room stylish interiors throughout the hotel. Amazing views and setting at the sky bar. We enjoyed the Spanish tapas and the amazing selection at breakfast too.
Staff were excellent,Bath room was well supplied, room service was excellent. Only 1 lift was working, but I would definitely recommend and would return to stay the next time I come to London

When arriving at the hotel it was a quick check in and smooth, got to the room and there was a big dent in the mattress, we was first told to sleep the night and raise it with management the morning Decent location, decent views, clean hotel.
The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and at breakfast there were plenty of hot choices as well as fruits and pastries. The people working kept the food stocked nicely. The hotel is convenient to the Waterloo tube station. It is also walkable to the London Eye, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace, although it’s a bit of a walk all the way to the Palace. You can get anywhere using the tube. I would stay here again if I visited.

Stayed 2 nights in the junior suite with city views and it was an amazing trip. The room is massive and the views were outstanding. Room came with everything you could need with the addition of sparkling wine and welcome gift. The room was clean on arrival and cleaned each day with turn down service each evening. Rooftop never fails for views of the London Eye. Second time staying at this hotel and another outstanding time. Close and short connection central London and a short 10 minute walk to the London Eye and Big Ben.
We really liked the hotel. The location is great, and the staff were friendly and polite. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The only minor issues were the lack of a USB-C charging port and a shower door that could use some repair
