Enjoy a creative getaway at Maison Monoï, in the heart of Soulac, just steps away from the ocean. Our 530m2 workshop-spa hosts artists in residence, providing a unique experience. Relax in the indoor pool or hammam, and share special moments with our residents. Included services are diverse: bikes, housekeeping, breakfast, relaxation sessions, and creative activities. Options such as massages and half-board are available. Breathe in the sea air and create unforgettable memories! The air-conditioned rooms feature double beds with organic cotton sheets. Individual bathrooms offer natural cosmetics and are regularly cleaned. Enjoy hotel service with daily housekeeping and access to the spa equipped with a massage area, indoor pool, and hammam. Sophrology sessions and massages are available upon request. Bathrobes, bath linens, and wellness products are provided.

The house also offers WiFi, kitchenettes, and a gym, as well as bikes available to explore the surroundings. Air-conditioned rooms with double beds, lounges, workshops, indoor pool, hammam, terrace, patio, and at your disposal, coffee, teas, herbal teas, filtered water, and sparkling water...

In addition to your private room on the second day in the workshop lounges, you will have a private bathroom and toilet in each workshop, with daily housekeeping, a kitchen, a lounge, where you can relax, interact with other travelers, or cook as you wish. Finally, enjoy the patio or terrace for your breakfasts or dinners, to make it a convivial moment and create connections with other travelers. Equipped with the experience journal we offer upon your arrival, away from mass tourism, you can share inspiring moments with creators, use fully equipped workshops and design materials, or enjoy the indoor pool, open to the terrace and garden, the gym, or the hammam to reconnect with your senses and experience deep relaxation.

To promote letting go, the Maison Monoï team also offers numerous included services, such as bike rental, daily housekeeping, bed and bath linen, breakfast, and optional individual massages and half-board. The entire house is thermally regulated with filtered and refreshed air in summer thanks to our low-energy heat pumps. All rooms are equipped with double beds with silky touch made in France organic cotton sheets, refreshed daily, changed weekly, and cleaned by our partner with natural and eco-friendly agents, environmentally friendly.


Bathrooms & Natural Cosmetics

All bathrooms are individual and include walk-in showers and sinks with storage equipped with hairdryers. They are adorned with organic and natural cosmetics from our partner: liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, and provided weekly with French-made organic cotton bath linen.


Housekeeping, Spa, Care & Well-being

The house offers hotel service with daily housekeeping and features a spa equipped with a massage and care area, a heated indoor pool opening onto the terrace, and a hammam. Our team offers sophrology sessions weekly, and massages on demand. Bathrobes and bath linens are provided, and scrubbing products, teas, and organic herbal teas are available.


WiFi, Kitchenettes, Gym

The house is equipped with numerous self-service facilities, a gym, high-speed fiber WiFi access available for free, and accommodations feature two fully equipped kitchenettes, with refreshed and carbonated filtered water, teapots, and organic capsule coffee machines. We also provide bikes with helmets and locks for rides on the numerous cycling paths in the surroundings.


Instant Cameras

The workshop provides 8 Instax Square instant cameras with 1 cartridge of 10 photos per week for each participant, and 3 Instax Square printers.


Graphic Art Supplies

The workshop is equipped with 3 sets of 120-color watercolor markers, 3 sets of 26 brushes and brushes, 3 sets of 180-color soluble watercolor pencils, 3 sets of 160-color wax crayons, 3 sets of 168-color duo markers, 8 sets of cutting cutters and scalpels with A1 cutting mat, as well as numerous small modeling and drawing tools for 8 people.


Supports and Tools

The workshop provides A4, A3, A2 size paper sheets of various weights and finishes, blank sketchbooks, modeling clay, glues, and several sets of tools and electro-portable equipment for modeling and turning, cutting and drilling, as well as an A3 color laser printer.


Travel Journals

We offer upon arrival of each visitor and creator a blank journal of experiences and local travel for Soulac, and we publish a monograph in the same format for the work done by each creator after their residency.
