Excellent check in, room nicer than expected, and 5 minutes from dozens of chain stores and restaurants if you e forgotten something. Didn’t spend a lot of time here but would definitely return.

Thanksgiving Stay

Overall, the hotel met our need as 3 family adults traveling together. Breakfast was disappointing. Ran out of things that were not replaced and no seating. Too small a breakfast area for the size of the hotel.

The room was great and just what we wanted. The only issues was the TVs didn’t work there was no signal. We contacted the front desk and they were aware.

The hotel staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The front desk was helpful and knowledgeable. The doors on this property are exterior and the door to my room had a lock that wasn't attached well - loose screws. Looking at the door frame, it appears that at some point, someone had tried to force it open. The room itself seemed to be clean, however it looked like they had done a light renovation to a very old hotel and not a great one. I would most likely not stay here again.

Hotel closing and wasn't notified.

We booked a 6 night stay at this hotel. When I arrived they said the last day of being a hotel is Sunday even though I booked until Tuesday. My booking was canceled and nobody notified me even though I prepaid. After over an hour at the front desk working with them and Hotels.com I was able to stay 4 nights there and get a refund for the 2 nights. It is a shame because we really wanted to stay at this hotel for all 6 nights. It was a great hotel and the staff were very friendly. I wish someone would have notified me in advance, but it all worked out in the end.

The card to access my room stopped working every day so I had to huff over to the main desk and back to get it reset every day of my stay. I informed the front desk early in my trip that the microwave was not working (continually tripped multiple outlets) and no one ever came to replace of repair. As a result I was unable to heat up food I had bought. Remote did not work asked for repair. No one ever showed. Breakfast was bland and cold. I will never stay here again.

my room had no air conditioning, the check in desk took 24 hours to even send someone to look at it. to be told i will have to move to another room but there were no ground rooms available. I advised i am disabled and cannot walk upstairs since there is no elevator i will need a first-floor room. I was met with attitude and told there were no available rooms. after i called Hyatt corporate office was i given first floor accommodations. The room i was given had 1 towel, covered in spider webs and several spiders in the bathroom and in bedroom. When I went to check out the power went out and the front desk rep who was nice was clearly nervous and stated he was never instructed what to do when that happens. So clearly management does not provide sufficient training to its employees.

It is hard to believe that this hotel is a Hyatt property. It was more like a Motel 6 than a Hyatt. There were a half dozen items that were wrong with my room that had to be fixed upon my check it. Housekeeping, which only comes every three days, didn’t even notice major items that were broken in the room. The room itself was tired and needed updating. The landscaping also was in serious need of updating with patches of grass missing in the lawn. The so-called high speed Internet was extremely slow and would go down often. The breakfast was free, and that was about what it was worth. It was a nice assortment of food, and if it had been prepared properly might have been very good. Unfortunately, the eggs were cold and tasted like powdered eggs. The bacon or sausage was never cooked crisp, the waffles were always soggy. The coffee was good except I never had enough creamer. I will not be returning to this property.

Really good bargain for the little bit of extra money. Had to plunge our own toilet after a clog and the soap for the shower was empty when we arrived and no refill "available". Staff was friendly and accommodated where they could. Breakfast was among the best I've been offered at a hotel.

Not impressed

Ok. I know there was no lifeguard at the pool,but a baseball team of kids with mouths like truck drivers juping in and out of the pool while the parents were grinding other men and getting drunk. Very pathetic when I bring my 6yr old to swim. One morning they were serving deli ham and french fries for breakfast. I chose the bagel instead. I stayed for 3 days and was given no towels replacement for 3 days and face cloths get pretty nasty. I call for new towels and they stated they had no more. One positive was that the room was clean and nice size. .

conveniences of a small apartment

This was an excellent place to stay for our combined family vacation and travel baseball trip to Diamond Nation. We had team cookouts several nights in the patio area with the 2 grills provided. The room had all the conveniences of a small apartment and lots of space for our family of 4.
