Enjoy this spectacular residence from the huge balcony opening off the living room and all three bedrooms with great views of the Inter coastal at sunset from this new-ultra-luxury Residence. The expansive views from this three bedroom unit encompass the inlet, West Palm beach and the Inter coastal. This spacious condo has a gourmet kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry room and a large master suite with Marble floors throughout, Custom Kitchen Cabinets, Granite Counter tops and Miele appliances.

This is a new development with award winning accolades and amazing amenities. The development includes two pools, one on/or actually in the beach (see pictures), regular deck pool, on-site restaurant, two private movie theaters, two social rooms with pool tables, two fitness rooms, private cabanas, concierge service and private entrance. There are private cabanas and covered lounge chairs available around the pool. There are so many palm trees that you feel like you are in the Caribbean except you can go shopping in West Palm Beach! You will have access to all amenities that are managed by the Ritz Carlton.

Singer Island is located just minutes from famous Palm Beach Island, PBI Airport, Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, Cityplace in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Zoo, Planetarium, Shopping, Restaurants, Golf Courses. Everything you want for rest and relaxation is right here with minimal driving...10 minutes to everything!

Other things to note:

We allow Emotional Support Pets, however you must provide the Ritz a certificate. A great site that provides the certificate is emotionalpetsupport.com

Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, there is an additional $345 charge per cleaning. The cleaners change all the linens on each cleaning visit. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings.

This property was beautiful and the location to the beach and restaurants was perfect. The property owner was very accommodating when the refrigerator broke. The marina view was amazing and we loved having coffee on the expansive balcony and watching the boats go out. I would rent this place again no question.

Great weekend getaway

The property is as appears in the pictures, every bedroom and the main living area have access to the wrap around patio with a tremendous view! October is considered the off season, so it's almost like having a private resort to yourselves, only 6 guests on the beach on an 88 degree day. The Ritz is located within walking distance of shops that have everything you may need during your stay.

Wonderful experience

We spent a another memorable week at the Ritz Carlton Residences. Our unit had all the essentials for a great vacation. It was clean and very comfortable. The owner was attentive and very easy to communicate with. The views of the inter coastal both day and night were breathtaking and will not soon be forgotten. The staff at the Ritz are exceptional from the front desk to the pool staff and the front gate guards. Looking forward to our next great experience.

The Ritz, Residence is truly a five-star experience. from the moment we entered the guard gate to the moment we left.. The staff at the pool and beach were so helpful. There is a restaurant on property which was delightful.. The condo had the most spectacular views of the intercoastal. The kitchen was well equipped, and the condo was immaculate.. The condo is modern , filled with beautiful light! This is a must stay ! We will be back !

Serene and Clean

Our family has stayed at the Ritz almost every August for the last 10 years and this condo ranks as one of the best we have rented. It’s beautifully decorated (I love the white look), very clean, quiet and well-appointed. It’s also one of the best locations in terms of view. In particular, the beds were very comfortable with lovely linens (which you don’t always find) and the lounge had very comfortable seating. It was a pleasure renting through David’s Rentals and he was very accommodating. We will try to rent this condo again next year, if it’s available for our stay. Thank you!

Beach Resort Perfection

Where to even start?! If you’re considering renting this place, don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed. Our family (my husband, two kids, and in-laws) rented David’s magnificent Ritz condo on Singer Island and had the best experience. 1) Ease of booking and comms with our host: the booking process was very seamless and David couldn’t have been more responsive to my questions. As soon as we booked on VRBO, he contacted us with any questions we had. And he communicated with us regularly during our stay to make sure everything was going well. 2) The condo: it was breathtaking! Everything was modern, comfortable, and immaculate. It was surprisingly expansive as well, with a large and well stocked kitchen and an incredible balcony with panoramic views of the intercoastal waterway. The condo comfortably accommodated the six of us and exceeded our expectations. It also has a W/D. 3) The property and surrounding area: located directly on the beach in Singer Island, the Ritz Residences are what you would expect with the brand. The pools were immaculately kept, and the service team (cafe/bar, pool deck/towel service) were so friendly and incredibly attentive to all our needs. The beach itself is very well groomed and offered chairs/umbrellas for your comfort. Other great amenities included for free: a state-of-art gym, four gas grills, and a movie theatre. The surrounding area had lots of restaurants within walking distance. Book this place! Thank you, David!

Gorgeous condo on Singer Island. What’s not to love when it comes to a Ritz Carlton Residence? Beautiful property, spacious condo with that Ritz Carlton service. The unit has everything you need. The fitness center is better than the gym I pay a membership fee to and the Theater room was a hit at night. Cannot wait to return!

Fantastic stay

I can’t recommend this property more highly. We arrived on 4 July and had a spectacular view of the fireworks on the bridge from our balcony, a great start to our holiday! The apartment is stunning, has everything you need and very clean and well maintained. Spent a few days by the lower pool as the upper one was closed for refurbishment however it was super quiet and always found a sunbed. The check in process was seamless and the concierge very helpful. The building has a great gym which was empty every time I visited. We had a brilliant time and hope to come back one day. Thank you!

Perfect for a family. Beautiful unit and property with the nicest staff around. We traveled with our three children (ages 8 months, 5 and 6) and our sitter and was the perfect size for our family. Definitely would return and highly recommend.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. A beautiful view and so relaxing to sit on the balcony. We enjoyed the pool and the ocean. Watched a movie in residence theater. Great Beach Visit

Needed to get away for a few days and this property was amazing! Great view from the 19th floor, and plenty of space for our family to spread out. Lots of food choices in the area, and the cafe on the property by the pool had excellent food and service. Highly recommend, and we will be back!
