Bring friends and family together in our amazing 2.5 acre property on a private cul-de-sac just minutes from town.

Enjoy everything this beautiful mountain region has to offer while retreating in the comfort of this bright, spacious, forested gem.

Food brings people together and this gourmet, restaurant quality kitchen will not disappoint. Outfitted with two refrigerators, two dishwashers and a commercial stove/oven/cooktop, chef or amateur will enjoy creating in this kitchen.

With available seating for 24 plus guests, this retreat provides the ultimate in gathering friends and loved ones together.

There are 6 bedrooms . Five of them offer King beds and spacious living space and the 6th (Bunkhouse), accommodates up to 16 guests with 8 full size bunks. *****Nightly rates are based on the 5 King bedrooms, accommodating 10 guests. Any number over that amount is charged a per person, per night rate of $20. These guests are accommodated in the ‘bunkhouse’ bedroom.*****

Four separate gathering spaces provide access to conversation, games or TV/movie entertainment as desired.

Multiple decks and large patio provide endless outdoor enjoyment, whether grilling and relaxing, tossing a basketball, playing lawn games, bird watching or star gazing.

Wildlife viewing is abundant. Deer, elk, Javelina, rabbits, squirrels and woodpeckers are common visitors.

Unfortunately, this is not an 'event' site property and pets are not allowed.

Family vacation

Perfect winter getaway

This large home was perfect for our group of 4 families. The kids especially loved the bunk room and the air hockey table! The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the location was great as a home base for skiing at Sunrise and sledding in town. We would love to stay here again!

Christmas with the family

Our entire family, mom and dad, 4 kids & their spouses and eight grandkids spent the weekend together for Christmas. The house was awesome, spacious and allowed for great activities.

The property and home were way better than n the photos. It was absolutely breathtaking. My family had an amazing time. I am so glad that we decided to book this place, definitely a Christmas we will never forget. The rooms were very spacious, overall the home had everything we needed or could want and then some. Beautiful Property!

We had our church youth retreat at this wonderful property! The home was amazing for housing and feeding 18 teens and 7 adults. The home is inviting, spacious and comfortable. We were able to sit all together to worship, have teachings and prayer groups. The teens loved the game room and hiking the area and the kitchen is a dream for cooking for a large group. The owner is kind and hospitable. We were blessed graciously with our stay!

Excellent stay!

We stayed at this VRBO to accommodate some of our wedding guests and ourselves. The property is amazing! We had such a great time and we appreciate everything the VRBO had to offer. If we are ever up in Pinetop-Lakeside again, we will definitely take a look at this VRBO first. We definitely recommend!!

This home was perfect for our large family, we had my grandmother who is 90 years old all the way down to my son who is 5. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone, games for the kids, and close to activities for everyone! We had a great weekend

Great kitchen for large groups

The property is very nice. There is a very well-equipped kitchen that made it very easy to cook for a large group of people. Plenty of dining space too with a regular sized table and counter space as well as a really long dining room table.

Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. The amenities were above and beyond. The chef’s kitchen was a joy to cook in, the outdoor basketball hoop got lots of use, the rooms were so spacious and the king size beds were awesome.

The home is beautiful and so much space!!! The kitchen is fabulous!!! Also three areas to hang out!! The large table was great for games and being able to seat everyone for meals! Large bedrooms with comfortable bed's! We would love to stay again!! Great house and backyard!!

Annual Family Trip

We had a wonderful time together on our annual family vacation, this home was the perfect size and layout for all of us including adults, teens, children, and infants. Idyllic - Everything We Imagined It Would Be

We stayed in this wonderful retreat for 4 weeks, with occasionally another couple staying with us. We all agreed that the location made for an exceptionally relaxing vacation. And the kitchen is every bit as fun as it looks. Although we did not have any children in our group, it is easy to see why families with children would love to gather here. Plenty of room and amenities. Yes, we would stay again.

What a beautiful home. Pleanty of big enough for the 17 people we had in our group. The rooms are nice a spacious, the house was clean and stocked with what we needed. Having two refrigerators was so nice and the the stove and side flat top griddle was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and Peg the host was easy to contact and and quick to answer any questions we had.

We absolutely love this home and the property! The owner and property manager are 100% invested in ensuring you have an amazing stay. The house is expansive with room for everyone to be a part of the group fun or sneak away for a quiet nap as needed. You won't find a nicer kitchen, this one turns my two son-in-laws in to instant chefs who want to do all the cooking. The outdoor space feels like home for us, it is a large lot with a fence around the perimeter. This makes it very comfortable to let the littles meander in and out to take advantage of outdoor time. If you are a large family or a group of families, you will love this property and home, don't hesitate, this one is a gem!

Beautiful home and location

The property was beautiful, roomy and met our expectations. The only thing I would recommend is having more towels available for your guest. The property was clean but the fans, light fixtures and vents were very dusty. The sinks had hard water stains but overall very well kept and cleaned. I would recommend this place and just recommend whoever they hire to clean to dust and wipe down fans, fixtures, curtains and high parts of the walls.
