Apartment recently renovated and delicately decorated by a prestigious local decorator, with capacity for 4 people, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with a double sofa bed, this apartment has all the comforts and utensils to that you feel at home.

The building has a furnished community terrace that is shared with the other three apartments that are part of the property, in it there is a small pool to enjoy the sunny days in the city.

It is only 10 minutes from the AVE station and close to the main monuments of the city.

Located in the heart of the Jewish quarter and a stone's throw from the Santa Cruz neighbourhood, its strategic location allows you to enjoy the best of Seville on foot and throughout the year.

The apartment was spacious and very well located. It was well appointed - kitchen had everything including washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Decor was lovely. In general it was great. The issues were the apartment smelled of cigarette smoke. We weren’t sure if it came from a nearby apartment or was old and lingering. Either way it was very strong. Management didn’t reply when we asked. There were also small ants in kitchen, hallway and bedroom floor. No food could be left out. Lastly, there was a quick power outage which resulted in the elevator beeping loudly for hours. Phone calls to management didn’t lead anywhere. No one answered. Someone came to fix it after midnight. So apartment was good. But response with property management wasn’t great.

Logement parfait ainsi que l accueil . Tout était identique à ce que j avais vu en photos sur le site . Appart très bien situé, très proche du centre et du quartier de santa Cruz . Logement très bien équipé et sans aucune nuisances sonores et le plus de cette annonce : pas de ménage a faire a la fin du séjour . Vraiment super et à recommander sans hésitation .
