Loads of glasses, plates etc for large group, really well stocked. Hot tub was easy to use and at a perfect temperature, towels and plastic cups stocked at back door so easy to take to the tub. Everything really well thought out. Lovely welcome basket left for us with essentials. House is a great location, you can...

"This is a lovely cosy cottage which I would highly recommend for a Dales walking holiday"

"Lovely cottage, well presented and equipped. Great location, perfect base for exploring the area. Owner very helpful too!Definitely recommend. "

"Excellent few days in this lovely olde world little cottage. All modern heating, lighting, smart tv, bathroom with excellent shower, kitchen with microwave etc but in a quaint setting. River Ribble a with its many ducks only a couple of yards from back yard with outdoor seating.walking distance from Settle and many lovely walks both short and long from the door. Add to the aforesaid a very comfy double bed I recommend this little haven."

"The Flaggs is a special place. Its old world charm is complemented with modern comfortable beds and lovely pillows. Although small it contains everything one needs for a 5 night stay.It is a pleasant 15 minute walk along the river to Settle station from where you can take the scenic Settle to Carlisle line to enjoy splendid views of the Yorkshire Dales or do excellent circular or linear walks. We would stay at the Flaggs again."

"A very quirky cottage with a great many stairs. There are some things the owner needs to attend to, curtains coming off poles, blind in bedroom not opening properly and the bath needs resealing, it is rather off putting. All the chrome in the property is rusting bathroom fittings and peddle bins."

"Great location for our short Dales walking holiday. Within a short walk from Settle station which gave us access to the 3 Peaks from Horton in Ribblesdale and Ribblehead."
