"We had a fabulous stay at this perfect little cottage! The location is ideal - just a short walk to the centre of Grassington. We parked at the Town Hall carpark which was a few minutes walk away and had plenty of space when we stayed.The cottage itself was spotless and had everything you could ask for. We were particularly pleased to have fire wood and coal provided so we could make a fire when it got chilly one evening!"

"Wonderful few days in Grassington. Cottage is in a quiet location - it was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Woodburner kept the place warm but extra heater provided if needed. Great location for walks from the door and good facilities in the village or nearby too. Would return again in the future "

"We have just returned from a three night stay in this cottage in Grassington. The location is ideal and all pubs, cafes and shops are within walking distance. There are some lovely walks nearby, the area is one of outstanding natural beauty and the cottage has private parking. It should be noted that the filming of All Creatures Great and Small does disrupt the flow of people and traffic in the village but this happens just twice a year. The cottage itself is nicely presented but there is not so much as a pint of milk to be had on arrival! Both the central heating, which is efficient and well documented, and the log burner, brickettes kindly provided,  do nothing to counteract the draft caused by a lounge door which cannot be closed. And talking of doors, the downstairs loo door cannot be secured... disappointingly, these matters have been raised by guests several times over the years and have not been addressed. The outside space had not been prepared for our stay which was unfortunate as the weather was surprisingly good. Be aware that you will be asked to strip all beds and empty bins before you leave, something we have never encountered in our many years of cottage holidays. The owner is a good communicator and responds quickly to requests, however she does not take constructive criticism kindly... whatever happened to the old adage 'customer is always right'?? "

"Nice, clean, small. Rooms and hallways very small. Imagine a hostel room with a nice bar and cafe. Very nice staff. Parking is wherever you can find it, expect a walk."

"Firstly very pleased with the centrally located property and private parking space. Apartment was excellent and the welcome hamper much appreciated. We had a fabulous holiday and the fact we were able to take our three dogs free if charge was what finally clinched it for us. We all had an enjoyable holiday. We would definitely highly recommend it and would stay here again. There was plenty of walks and it was like being in our own Christmas village."

"Canno fault this property. The cleanliness, the location, the decor, the utilities.Everything is great and the location is in the heart of grassington.My mum had a mishap during our stay in the village and after contacting the host she said we could take our time leavingand not adhere to the check out time which was fantastic after spending 8 hours at airedale hospital. She was well enough to enjoy the day on our day of departure so a big thankyou to Jane for your call and concern and mum is bruised but on the mend.Would highly recommended and mum wanting to re book already."

"A superb cottage in a perfect location. The cottage was warm and cosy and of a perfect size for us, a family of 4. The girls loved the bunkbeds in their room and the welcome hamper was very generous from the owner. Grassington itself is a great base for this area of the Dales- good pubs and selection of shops as well and fab walks from cottage. Loved it so much have booked the cottage again for next year!"
